The Escape Hybrid drives like a normal vehicle, with the engine controls deciding when the vehicle should be using electric power, or gas power, or both. All a driver does is drive.
Being able to see the leading edge of the hood from the driver's seat makes the Escape easier to maneuver in tight places, whether you're deep in the woods or (more likely) in a tight big-city garage.
...the cabin is a quieter, more subdued place to hang out.
Its part-cute, part-tough styling is just inoffensive enough to appeal to a wide demographic.
...the Escape interior is fresh and crisply contemporary without trendy excesses.
